Job Summary
The Call Center Specialist is responsible for conducting outbound cold calls in a professional and courteous manner to generate leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve daily targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective and existing customers to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Managers to ensure appointments and customer follow-ups are effectively managed.
- Achieve a minimum target of four (4) confirmed appointments per day.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointment details in the company's system.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information and company data.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including appointment-setting, call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and approved call scripts.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the timely resolution of customer requests and inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, telemarketing, or contact center environment is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary Package
RM2500 – RM3000
