- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients/customers.

- Assist in business forecasting and share ideas for growth based on market trends and feedback.
- Actively assist in developing guidelines and strategies to participate in branding and promotional activities.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Maintain Hotline number, Facebook page monitoring & fast response to the customer/client query & prepare the report.
