About the Role: 

We are looking for an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on driver workforce management, onboarding, insurance coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding of driver workforce, including documentation and joining formalities
  • Handle insurance-related processes (enrollment, renewals, claim coordination)
  • Maintain and update employee data and HR records (MIS, trackers, documentation)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
  • Collect feedback and suggest ideas for employee engagement activities
  • Support execution of engagement initiatives for driver and field staff
  • Assist in Learning & Development (L&D) activities such as training coordination and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR operations / coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / HR tools preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience handling blue-collar workforce (drivers / field staff)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
