Role Overview :

Back Office Support Agents are responsible for handling incoming support tickets from riders and drivers. These tickets may include complaints, requests, trip-related issues, payment concerns, compensation cases, and other service-related matters. The role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in following procedures, and flexibility to support a 24/7 operation based on shift regime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, categorize, and respond to incoming support tickets from riders and drivers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in the required working languages.
  • Take action based on internal procedures and escalate cases to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Process compensation or adjustments where applicable.
  • Make outbound calls to clarify or resolve cases when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, back office, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and case management skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately and manage cases efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation, including weekends based on shift regime.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
