Role Description
The Contact Center Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the banking sector. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, resolving complaints professionally, and delivering an excellent customer experience through phone communication.
The representative will work closely with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and follow banking policies and procedures in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Working hours and days off are rotational shifts.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is required
- English level: B2 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
