Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bank Employee role based in Colombo. The Bank Employee will support daily branch operations, including processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies. The role involves assisting customers with routine banking needs, responding to questions about products and services, and directing them to appropriate specialists when needed. The Bank Employee will help evaluate basic credit-related requests, provide information on insurance and other financial products, and maintain up-to-date records and documentation. Qualifications
- Strong Finance and basic Credit knowledge, with the ability to understand common banking products and transactions.
