About the Job:
- The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service, optimized vehicle display, and achievement of sales targets. This role plays a key part in enhancing showroom operations, driving retail performance, and promoting a high-performing sales culture.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and training to sales consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and implement performance improvement strategies
- Actively engage in sales activities, including customer meetings and deal negotiations
- Foster a positive team environment built on communication, accountability, and collaboration
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, and service departments to optimize the sales process
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to align team goals
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies
- Ensure all showroom operations comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Strong teamwork, and result orientation
- Leadership ability with adaptability to change, Passion for the automotive industry, and customer service excellence
