Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Provider to join one of our largest banking clients team. The ideal candidate will handle high volumes of calls and email requests from capital markets clients, including those with sensitive and complex needs. This role involves managing all tasks related to client accounts, ranging from fraud inquiries to transaction requests, account movements, and more. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus and act as a sales representative for our products and services.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years of Customer Service at a Canadian Bank
- Ability to learn and be flexible
- Works well in ambiguity
- Excellent Communication
- Works well with others
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Strong Documentation
- Works well with tons of systems
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Commercial Banking or Treasury Payments experience
