Role Description
We are seeking a Booking Agent for a full-time, on-site role at our Reading Audi location. As a Booking Agent, you will manage customer inquiries and appointments efficiently using booking systems, coordinate scheduling to optimize service operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, providing relevant information to customers, and engaging with both the sales and service teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency with Booking Systems and scheduling tools to manage appointments
- Customer Service expertise to ensure consistent client satisfaction
- Sales and Negotiation capabilities to maximize service offerings while accommodating customer needs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Previous experience in this role, or a service advisor in the automotive industry is an advantage
