Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated part-time Booking Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will contact homeowners and help schedule in-home assessments. This is a structured, supportive environment with clear scripts and training provided.
Responsibilities
- Call online leads
- Confirm customer interest
- Schedule in-home assessments
- Update CRM with accurate information
- Maintain professional and friendly communication
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Lebanon Time)
Compensation
- $62.50 per week with bonuses up to $100 per week
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong phone communication & listening skills
- Basic computer & CRM skills
- Stable high-speed Wi-Fi
