Role Description The Call Agent for SEO role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The individual in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls to gather information, qualify leads, and promote Keystone Medics’ services in alignment with SEO and digital marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include communicating with prospective and existing clients, clarifying service offerings, documenting call outcomes, and providing feedback to the marketing team to improve campaign performance. The Call Agent will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to support lead generation, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and ensure that communication aligns with the company’s brand messaging.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess customer service and call handling skills, such as managing outbound and inbound calls, building rapport, and handling objections professionally.
