Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Call Center Agent (English Speaker) located in Pasar Rebo. You will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls, offering product or service information, and documenting interactions accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major. Preferably from Communication, English, or other related fields.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. Able to handle phone calls, emails, and chat conversations in English with proper grammar.
  • Having a valid English certificate, such as TOEFL ≥ 500, IELTS ≥ 5.5, TOEIC ≥ 650, or equivalent, is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or as an English-speaking agent is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, Email, Chat platforms).
  • Familiar with CRM/ticketing systems and digital tools.
  • Willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends and public holidays. Ready to be assigned as a backup agent and to work from home if required.
