Inditronics is a global technology development company specializing in audience measurement and panel operations. We provide end-to-end solutions for media measurement across TV, OTT, and digital platforms. In Armenia, we operate a household panel that provides critical data for the media industry.

Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Call Specialist to join our team in Yerevan. This is a full-time, on-site role.

You will be responsible for making daily calls to panel households (HH) to:

Check device status and connectivity

Confirm agreement status

Follow up on payments

Identify reasons for offline / silent homes

Schedule technician visits when needed

Maintain accurate call logs and daily reports

This is not a sales role. You will help existing households solve technical and administrative issues.

Key Responsibilities

# Responsibility

1 Make daily calls to assigned panel households using a provided list and script

2 Check device connectivity (online / offline / not working)

3 Check agreement status (old / new / no agreement)

4 Check payment status (received / not received)

5 Identify reasons for offline / silent homes and attempt phone resolution

6 Schedule technician visits when phone resolution is not possible

7 Escalate sensitive or unresolved cases to Panel Manager

8 Maintain accurate call logs and submit daily reports

9 Follow up on previous cases to confirm resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

Armenian language: native or fluent (mandatory)

English or Russian: is a plus

Experience in call center, customer support, or field operations is a plus

Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills (Excel, call tracking, reports)

Ability to work Monday to Saturday, with evening hours (when households are available)
