Job Title: Call Center Agent (Patient Services)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (90-day conversion potential)
Location: Miami, FL 33126 (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Patient Services Call Center Agent to handle high-volume inbound patient calls, assist with scheduling, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 70–120 inbound calls daily related to appointments, referrals, and general inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on PCP appointments and missed visits
  • Route calls to appropriate departments and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform outbound calls including reminders, welcome calls, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reporting (e.g., no-shows, daily activity)
  • Deliver empathetic and professional support to patients

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior call center experience required
  • Healthcare/medical experience preferred

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
