Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate software systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred
