Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Giza. Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone or email, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the team to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening and effective communication
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate software systems
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred
