Job Overview:
Vredevoogd, Michigan’s leading residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical service provider, is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Provider. The ideal candidate is motivated to make a difference by building relationships with both clients and team members through exceptional care, positive communication, and a genuine interest in the people we serve.
Enjoy a consistent schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts each week, giving you more flexibility!
Responsibilities:
- Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to clients during each interaction
- Accurately enter and confirm client information in our database
- Educate clients about our products and services and recommend additional solutions based on their needs
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services
- Meet established standards for compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, and overall performance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly phone voice and a positive attitude
- Professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external clients
- Self-starter who can work independently while meeting expectations
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Must be available for weekend and closing shifts
- Must be able to complete training at our Grandville location
