What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing and locksmith services
- Understand the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety while documenting details accurately
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the Emergency Roadside Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume call environment
- Empathy and a strong desire to assist those in distress
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
