- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication always.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perfect command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
