Job description:
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a must.
