Job description:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a must.
