Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Executive located in Madurai. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, book taxi services, provide updates on ride availability, address customer concerns, and ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responding to calls, maintaining detailed records, facilitating smooth communication between customers and drivers, and promoting services to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional experiences for clients
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to handle interactions effectively and courteously
- Knowledge of Contact Centers operations and experience in a similar environment
- Sales skills to promote company services and handle bookings
- Proficiency in using basic computer systems and telecommunication software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Tamil and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
