What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
- Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization from body shops
- Maintain accurate notes in the system regarding each vehicle and all interactions
- Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily
- Participate in weekly team meetings to stay connected and collaborate with the team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work occasional overtime
