About the Role

Seriously Addictive Mathematics Indonesia is looking for a passionate and driven Center Manager to lead daily operations, student growth, and parent engagement at our learning center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys education, leadership, customer relationships, and building a positive learning environment for children.

As a Center Manager, you will oversee center performance, support students and parents, manage teachers and staff, and ensure operational excellence while helping children develop confidence and strong mathematical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall daily operations of the learning center
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate teaching and administrative staff
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents
  • Monitor student progress and ensure high-quality learning experiences
  • Coordinate class schedules, enrollments, and center activities
  • Drive student enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to parents
  • Ensure the center maintains operational efficiency and educational standards
  • Prepare reports on center performance, student retention, and business growth
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of instructors and staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, education management, customer service, or team leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for children’s education and development
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • English proficiency

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Sales and customer engagement experience
  • Experience in education centers, enrichment programs, or tutoring businesses is preferred
