Job Description
- Provide good quality products and services to customers through communication and make good relationships with customers in areas.
- Work with other departments (Quality Control, Production Operations, transportation) to ensure every account receives an appropriate level of customer service as well as discuss new ideas and product segmentation plans.
- Receive orders from customers directly and by phone and then place the order to the sales office.
- Complete the credit proposal form with relevant documents and recommendations to ensure that debts are monitored and collected following credit terms.
- Understand the market trends by collecting all market information and suggestions to improve sales.
- Working with the sales showroom to ensure understanding of the same direction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of customer relationship management
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Ability to work under pressure
