Job Description

  • Provide good quality products and services to customers through communication and make good relationships with customers in areas.
  • Work with other departments (Quality Control, Production Operations, transportation) to ensure every account receives an appropriate level of customer service as well as discuss new ideas and product segmentation plans.
  • Receive orders from customers directly and by phone and then place the order to the sales office.
  • Complete the credit proposal form with relevant documents and recommendations to ensure that debts are monitored and collected following credit terms.
  • Understand the market trends by collecting all market information and suggestions to improve sales.
  • Working with the sales showroom to ensure understanding of the same direction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related area.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of customer relationship management
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Ability to work under pressure
