Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Claims Administrator role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home while operating in line with Australian business hours.
Tasks
Duties
- To assist in daily operations, including task assignment, lodgement, handling email correspondence, billing, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in managing data in spreadsheets and reports (Microsoft Excel).
- Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.
- Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge of motor insurance claims and operations is an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with regional team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
