As one of Malaysia's leading transdisciplinary intervention centres, we support children, youth and adults with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning differences and other neurodevelopmental needs through psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy and education therapy.
We are looking for a caring, organised and motivated Client Care & Process Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating services and creating a positive experience for families seeking care.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Guide new clients through registration, intake and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate appointments across our multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Assist with billing, payment enquiries and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate closely with therapists and administrative staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Deliver professional, compassionate and responsive customer service throughout every client interaction.
