WorkNest Secure is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator works closely with the Client Coordination Manager – Infosec, alongside our Cyber Essentials, Data Protection, and Information Security consultants, to ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of services across all three practice areas.
This role sits within a small coordination team and requires someone who can build strong
relationships with internal stakeholders, work independently, manage competing priorities across multiple service lines, and take genuine ownership of the coordination processes they are responsible for. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Consulting Services Coordinators and will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes as the function grows.
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is strongly preferred. Experience within a professional services or consultancy environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination & Process Management
- Work with the Client Coordination Manager and Consulting Team Leads to implement and maintain internal processes for each service line, covering end-to-end operational delivery including onboarding, kick-off and project conclusion.
- Manage day-to-day operation of the proactive client engagement process across all three service lines, using Monday.com to ensure a consistent approach.
- Conduct regular audits of Monday.com and other project management tooling to ensure data accuracy and project status are up to date.
Cyber Essentials Plus Service Support & Scheduling
- Liaise with the Sales Team regarding available test dates for PLUS and requests for support
- Reach out to customers to offer dates for their assessment and then booking tests into Plus assessors’ calendars.
- Ensure customers have prepared for their test by requesting information and providing setup instructions.
- Chase customers where dates have not been confirmed, or preparation steps are incomplete prior to scheduled tests.
- Answer non-technical queries regarding process/bookings.
- Tag and route emails to relevant CE PUS assessors
- Ensure projects are flagged for billing upon completion.
Data Protection & Information Security Service Support
- Work with the Data Protection and Information Security Team Leads to allocate work and ensure the correct kick off process is followed for all engagements.
- Maintain up-to-date project records on Monday.com, including days delivered, project notes and status.
- Provide accurate information ahead of weekly and monthly reporting across all three service lines.
- Monitor our main communication channels and ensure timely responses are coordinated with the relevant consultants.
- Schedule meetings for project delivery across all three service lines on behalf of consultants when required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience managing multiple diaries
- Strong Project Support skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident user of Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.
- A keen interest in Information Security, Cyber Security or Data Protection

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
