Ralee Design is a boutique interior design studio based in Dubai, specializing in thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces.
We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Client Relations & Lead Coordinator to join our team remotely from Lebanon.
What you'll do:
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads
- Follow up with prospective clients and proposals
- Schedule meetings for the design team
- Maintain accurate lead and client records
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Ensure a seamless experience from first contact through consultation
What we're looking for:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Client relations
- Sales or business development
- Hospitality
- Luxury retail
- Real estate
- Interior design
