  • Visit and maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships.

  • Understand client concerns, feedback, and operational challenges.
  • Conduct client surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for product and service improvement.
  • Document and communicate client insights to internal teams to support product enhancement.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to further benefit from XScribe solutions.
  • Ensure that clients feel supported and valued throughout their partnership with XScribe.

  • Has strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys engaging with clients and understanding their needs
  • Is proactive in identifying client concerns and opportunities for improvement
  • Has strong communication and listening skills
  • Is organized and capable of documenting feedback and insights
