- Conduct client surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for product and service improvement.
- Document and communicate client insights to internal teams to support product enhancement.
- Identify opportunities for clients to further benefit from XScribe solutions.
- Ensure that clients feel supported and valued throughout their partnership with XScribe.

- Has strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys engaging with clients and understanding their needs
- Is proactive in identifying client concerns and opportunities for improvement
- Has strong communication and listening skills
- Is organized and capable of documenting feedback and insights
