In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients and program participants, managing a steady flow of inbound inquiries and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial interest through program participation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web-based channels
- Managing follow-up with prospective clients to move them through the enrollment process
- Tracking and updating activity within CRM systems
- Supporting client outreach and assisting with proposals or customized solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure programs are fully enrolled
The ideal candidate brings experience in client relations, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, along with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
