Responsibility
- Assist the operation team in managing daily client communications (email, chat, meetings, etc).
- Ensure all client requests, needs, and feedback are communicated clearly to the operational team.
- Monitor project progress and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Support the team in maintaining strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Help identify potential issues and proactively coordinate solutions.
- Act as a facilitator to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties.
Qualification
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably from Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, and Management majors).
- Active in organizations or event committees.
- Familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to learn fast regarding NoLimit Products (Dashboard, Care, etc).
- Good time management and highly responsive.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Willing to work on-site from 9 to 5 in Bandung.
