Role Description:
This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist or Accounts Management Specialist located in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City. The Collections Specialist is in-charge of the after sales services of the company’s clients & tenants and is responsible for collecting the company's receivables and maintaining and monitoring all existing accounts. resolving billing issues, concerns and attend with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact of the clients for all existing accounts.
- Meets the collection quota imposed by the management.
- Provides clients with correct and legible Statement of Accounts, Notices, and Letters related to collection.
- Represents the company in a professional and affirmative manner.
- Provided utmost customer satisfaction to all visiting clients and their representatives
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in accounts management, billing, or collections is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Account Management and Customer Service skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills & Excellent Communication skills.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Applicant's who lives around Metro Manila are prioritized.
