Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support our sales leadership and key customer accounts. This role is central to ensuring a seamless customer experience—from order intake through project execution—while also assisting with inbound customer needs and supporting new business development efforts.
Primary Responsibilities include:
1. Key Account Support
- Serve as day-to-day support for top customer accounts
- Manage order intake, processing, and coordination with production teams
- Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates, changes, and needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requirements
2. Customer Service Support
- Assist with inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries during high-volume periods
- Provide timely, professional responses and problem resolution
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure consistent service standards
3. Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist sales leadership in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Help identify and qualify new customer opportunities
- Conduct outreach to support lead development and customer re-engagement
- Gather and organize customer requirements for new opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with CRM/order management systems preferred
