Role Description
📍 Location: Lusail, Qatar
💰 Salary: QAR 2,000 – 3,000 per month

At Khadoom, we’re looking for a Performance Improvement Coordinator to work closely with our driver fleet, helping them improve performance, maintain high service standards, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do
✅ Monitor driver performance using operational KPIs and reports.
✅ Coach and motivate drivers to improve productivity and service quality.
✅ Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
✅ Conduct one-on-one performance discussions and follow-ups.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
✅ Work closely with the Operations team to resolve performance issues.
✅ Prepare reports and maintain accurate performance records.
✅ Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing driver culture.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
✔ Is currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID (mandatory).
✔ Has excellent communication and people-management skills.
✔ Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
✔ Can work confidently in a fast-moving operational environment.
✔ Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Training will be provided for the right candidate.
