Role Description The Customer Service Agent | B1 English role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Daily tasks include answering questions, addressing complaints, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience in line with company policies and procedures. The role requires maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, escalating complex issues when necessary, and following up to ensure resolution. The agent will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and contribute to improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Representatives roles.
- Ability to provide effective Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Focus on enhancing Customer Experience through clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
- B1 or higher English proficiency, with clear spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, in a full-time schedule, including shifts if required.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a calm approach when handling challenging interactions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred but not mandatory.
