Customer Care Associate (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
Maintain accurate records and update systems.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when required.
Ensure quality and accuracy in customer interactions.
Support process improvement initiatives.

Willing to work night shifts.
Available for occasional Saturday/weekend support.
