Role Description The Customer Care Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The person in this position will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, provide product information, and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complaints, ensuring timely follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes, and supporting initiatives that enhance overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Officer will contribute to a positive brand experience by delivering courteous, efficient, and solution-focused customer support.
