Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will primarily be responsible for the following:
1. Manage and expand Dole directly covered Food Service and HRI accounts expansion via the following:
- Recover previously active FS accounts
- Open new FS/HRI accounts
2. Ensures achievement of periodic and annual target by account, by category
3. Budget management and P&L management
4. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with FSKA
5. Plans profitable growth drivers via the following:
- Expansion of product usage and placement
- Recommends and implements appropriate programs
6. Ensures AR is minimum 95% current
7. Regular interface with internal customers: Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing
8. Full ownership of the Planning, Selling, Negotiation, Execution process for the customers/accounts being managed.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- The incumbent must have a university degree with a minimum of five (5) years related experience in handling Modern Trade Retail or Food Service accounts.
- The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
- The candidate must also possess excellent planning skills and have initiative; exercise collaboration and teamwork; and promote ethical values.
- The candidate must also demonstrate expertise in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
