About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assess incoming calls to determine the nature of the inquiry or issue, providing immediate service or escalating as necessary for further resolution.
  • Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and examining each interaction as a unique case, ensuring personalized support.
  • Perform routine call center activities related to business products and services, adhering to established scripts and guidelines.
  • Communicate information to customers in a warm, empathetic manner, demonstrating professionalism and understanding.
  • Gather and update all relevant information accurately in the database to ensure seamless service delivery and record-keeping.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints to senior team members, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Explain company policies and procedures clearly to customers, ensuring they understand the available options and next steps.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Manage own workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
  • Adhere to all company policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
