Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless airport arrival experience for passengers. The successful candidate will welcome and assist travelers, support the Visa-on-Arrival electronic process, coordinate with airport authorities and internal teams, and ensure exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist passengers throughout their arrival journey, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free airport experience.
  • Operate the Visa-on-Arrival Electronic Booth and guide passengers through the electronic visa application process.
  • Support passengers through airport arrival procedures while ensuring compliance with airport regulations and security requirements.
  • Coordinate with Immigration, Customs, airport authorities, and other governmental entities to facilitate passenger processing.
  • Create, track, and follow up on technical support tickets related to operational systems and the electronic visa platform.
  • Liaise with the IT team to resolve technical issues affecting passenger services.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality.
  • Escalate operational issues or customer concerns to the Operations Supervisor when required.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Comply with company policies, airport procedures, assigned shift schedules, and service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation, Tourism, Front Office, Guest Relations, or any customer-facing role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Very good command of English
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic airport environment.
  • Ability to handle passenger inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Location: On-site – Cairo International Airport
