Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer based in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer support, addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with inquiries. The Customer Relations will also be expected to analyze customer feedback and contribute to service improvements to enhance customer experiences.
