About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused CRM professionals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer relationship management and be capable of handling customer interactions, engagement initiatives, and retention activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and issue resolution.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement and retention activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support in improving customer experience initiatives.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer data management.
  • Experience in the fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Industry Preference

Candidates from fashion, jewellery, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
