Areas Of Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract requests
  • Create Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract drafts; upload and initiate contract signing
  • Update system with signed contracts and send confirmations
  • Receive contract change requests and update system accordingly
  • Complete end-of-contract activities and related documentation
  • Complete intercompany billing activities
  • Perform cash application and payment allocation processes
  • Analyze customer account balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Process invoices and related documentation accurately and timely
  • Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships;
  • Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency;
  • Perform any ad-hoc analysis as per manager’s indications ;

Job Requirements

  • University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel);
  • Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
  • English (fluent, verbally and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented mindset
