2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Service Agent will support existing customers in managing their insurance policies through a network of over 55 insurance carriers. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and retention by processing policy changes, answering coverage questions, and resolving potential cancellation risks. The position directly impacts the customer experience and contributes to the organization’s mission of simplifying car ownership for millions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers

• Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents

• Assist customers with questions about existing insurance policies, coverage, and benefits

• Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation

4. Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities

• Passion for helping others

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly wage: $19.00 to $21.00

• Payment for Property and Casualty (P&C) license, expected within 60 days of starting

• Compensation may include equity grants based on job-related factors and market conditions
