loyal customers. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, organised and driven
individual to join our Customer Success Team as an entry level Customer Service and
Onboarding Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take the first step into the world of
SaaS and make a significant impact during a pivotal time in the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and book callbacks for the appropriate team
members.
• Respond promptly to first-level support emails, providing clear and effective
solutions – This will involve directing customers to relevant support articles
within our knowledge base.
• Manage live chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely
responses.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide proactive support and anticipate potential challenges customers might
face.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our software, first-level troubleshooting
steps, and new features.
• Feedback to management on support traffic and topics to help improve
proactive support content and processes.

Requirements:
• A high level of written and spoken English is required for this role to effctively
communicate with our customers
• Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A high level of organisational skills

What we are offering:
• A competitive salary for the right candidate – €30,000 to €35,000 per annum,
depending on experience.
• A generous pension contribution.
• Remote working with quarterly in-person team days in the Dublin Office
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
