I’m helping Premium Saunas find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Service and Sales Rep.
You will drive operational excellence by managing end-to-end customer success and sales workflows.
Compensation:
USD 1.2K – 1.4K/month
+ Commissions (:USD200/month)
+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)
Location:
Remote (specific timezones)

We are looking for a highly disciplined, autonomous, and experienced Sales & Customer Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
This role combines inbound sales, customer support, and operational coordination. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions from first contact through order fulfillment and post-sale follow-up.
We are building structured systems and expect team members who can operate independently within clear procedures.
Responsibilities
• Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to emails, chats, and SMS inquiries
• Create and send detailed quotes using internal systems
• Follow up consistently on open leads
• Assist customers with placing, updating, or modifying orders
• Coordinate with vendors for order updates, cancellations, and issue resolution
• Escalate complex situations internally when needed
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
• C1 or C2 English proficiency (near-native fluency required)
• Clear and professional speaking voice with *minimal* accent
• 2+ years experience in sales and customer support
• Strong Shopify experience (orders, draft orders, edits, refunds)
• Excellent written communication skills without relying on AI tools
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Able to follow structured processes
• Self-managed and proactive
• Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download)
• Quiet work environment
Experience in sauna, wellness, home improvement, or high-ticket products is a plus.
This is a remote position, you will be expected to operate during EST business hours.
