We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team of a growing client. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The position is hybrid, with one day a week in the Novi office, after training is complete

Qualificati
ons• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferr
ed.• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferr

es.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) syste
ms.• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environme
