Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, or cancelling orders
- Provide accurate information about products, prescriptions, and delivery timelines
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
