Position Summary
Pacific Horizons Collective Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions during in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events throughout Los Angeles.
This role focuses on assisting customers, answering general product and service questions, and supporting campaign operations in face-to-face environments.
Base Pay: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers during live campaigns and events
- Provide information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with onboarding or sign-up support
- Answer customer questions and provide service guidance
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Support campaign setup and daily operations
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in public-facing environments
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Immediate availability preferred
