Position Summary

Pacific Horizons Collective Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions during in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events throughout Los Angeles.

This role focuses on assisting customers, answering general product and service questions, and supporting campaign operations in face-to-face environments.

Base Pay: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers during live campaigns and events
  • Provide information regarding products and services
  • Assist customers with onboarding or sign-up support
  • Answer customer questions and provide service guidance
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Support campaign setup and daily operations

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in public-facing environments
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Immediate availability preferred
