Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate role based in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Associate will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about Jiri Group products and services. The role includes resolving customer issues, processing orders and returns, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The associate will track and document interactions in internal systems, follow up on pending cases, and escalate complex issues as needed. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining professional communication standards, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and contributing to customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on building positive, long-term relationships.
  • Ability to manage inquiries and issue resolution, demonstrating Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Professional communication abilities, including clear Phone Etiquette and active listening.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
  • Comfort working with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and order management systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in retail, call center, or customer service roles is preferred.
