Responsibilities:

  • Execute various client management activities, including KYC, onboarding, annual reviews, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Interact directly with clients to efficiently handle requests such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Collaborate proactively with sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients regarding product lifecycle management, including valuation reports and margin calls.
  • Provide proactive support to sales and operations on other client service-related matters.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at streamlining workflows based on personal experience and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Previous experience in client services, KYC, or client management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
